I like your ideas. Even if they don't seem to involve much handcraft for the children, you are introducing the concept of molds. This might seem blatantly obvious to adults, but it is a concept that must be understood by the children, just as the idea of a template must be explained.

My husband was exactly the same! The thought of attending a spa made him cringe, until I finally got him to attend one. We chose, well, I chose, the Shizen located in Toronto, Canada. I didn't know where to look for spas and came across a site called www.WaySpa.com. There I was able to search my area and found the Shizen spa to suit us the best. We had a great time and now I think he is hooked! If you go out of town again check out the site and you'll be able to find some great spas close to you. Goodluck on your travels!

[...] With our new plans to travel to Jamaica for six months we’ll need to develop plans to continue our childrens education while traveling abroad. Not only will we need to consider the legal aspects of reporting to our home state of Florida but we won’t be placing our oldest son in the summer school program as we had planned to.
From the above article: "The study doesn’t include some of the most populous states including California, Texas and Florida. No conclusions on a trend"

California does have stats although maybe not in this study. When do they fall off the child with autism count list, at 18? 21? With a state population of approx. 34 million and lets say that 1/3 are children, thats about 1 in 500. but I don't know how they keep their stats.

Oh, Phooey. I don't know how to figure it out.
go here and see for yourself: http://www.tacanow.com/latest_autism_statistics.htm

Salt Lake City has recently built a school for atuistic kids.

Some areas report 1 in 75 kids autistic.

South Florida Parents! Thank you for visiting my blog and giving such a generous review!

I have only been at this for a while and I hope to fill my side with important and useful information regarding health and specifically alternative healthcare.

Please stop by and read about MRSA, a dangerous and sometimes deadly disease that is spreading into communites across the USA and other countires as well. I have a fair amount of info on it that I will be posting over the next week or so and some interesting videos to watch on the topic as well. Alternative treatment options will be included also.

Health Salon is dedicated to giving individuals and families the information they need to get and stay healthy in our toxic world.
