Is it wrong to give someone something used for a christmas gift? When I say used it would mean I bought something from someone who had used it and no longer had use for it. I would then give this item to someone who needed it as a gift for the holiday. Would that seem cheap to do? It’s only something I think of as we sit here in Ocala and I review the local classifieds website at Ocala4Sale.com. I see so many great gift ideas for people here in Florida as well as some folks in Jamaica who would certainly appreciate something like a used bicycle or maybe some cool used power tools. Taking back some used things for our return trip to Jamaica would be easier through customs and no one would suspect anythign of us importning some used stuff.
I saw some pretty good deals on some used kids items that I thought would be nice but not something I will give the kids for Christmas. I guess its something weird to me about handing my kids a used item as a holiday gift that just seems cheap. So my friends and family are possibly up for some used stuff this holiday as I clean up the garage and sell of some of our things at yard sale. Whatever I can’t sell maybe we’ll just start giving it away for Christmas gifts.
